Anti-corrosion pipelines and production line

The company developed new processes and equipment for pipeline anti-corrosion treatment, incorporating 2PE, 2PP, 3PE, 3PP pipeline anti-corrosion technologies, FBE and 2FBE anti-corrosion technologies, in-pipe liquid epoxy spray technology, PU insulation pipe formation technology, etc. The company undertakes pipeline anti-corrosion and insulation projects covering the production and construction of 2PE, 2PP, 3PE, 3PP, FBE, 2FBE, and PTEP anti-corrosion pipes, PU insulation pipes, outdoor weather-resistant anti-corrosion pipes, and internal anti-corrosion pipes for cement in the oil, gas, water, and heating pipeline networks. The company has its own anti-corrosion and insulation test lab which was included in the management system of the Chemical Industry Nonferrous Metal Material and Equipment Quality Supervision and Evaluation Center in 2013, and was CMA certified. The lab undertakes projects that test anti-corrosion and insulation pipelines as well as related raw materials and can provide third-party test reports that are recognized by national authorities.

The company boasts many years of experience in anti-corrosion and insulation engineering, led and participated in the formulation of national and industrial standards such as GB/T 34611-2017, GB/T 29047-2012, and GB/T50538-2020.
